These terms apply when you use nexlin.ng or buy from Nexlin, 58 Ogudu Road, Ojota, Lagos. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the Website
You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Products, Prices and Orders
We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly by device or production batch. The wireless CarPlay adapter requires a vehicle or aftermarket head unit with factory wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. It does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to a vehicle that does not already support the wired version.
Availability and prices can change without notice. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, pricing or product information is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Payment and Deposits
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed by Paystack.
Where a deposit option is offered:
- The deposit is credited toward the total amount due and helps cover order processing, dispatch and attempted delivery costs.
- If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been physically handed to a delivery provider, the deposit will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
- An order is considered shipped only when it has been physically handed to a delivery provider. Creating a shipping label does not count as shipment.
- If cancellation is requested after shipment, or delivery fails for reasons within the customer’s control, Nexlin may deduct reasonable logistics costs already incurred, up to the deposit amount. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded within 5 business days.
- No deduction applies where Nexlin or its delivery provider caused the failure, the wrong item was supplied, the item was damaged or defective, or applicable law requires a refund.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within Lagos. Costs and estimated times for your area are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing complete delivery details and for delays caused by incorrect information.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or recipient you provided.
Returns
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please inspect your order promptly and report damaged, faulty or incorrect items as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property and Liability
The website content, design and branding belong to Nexlin or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version available when you place an order applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
